Statt Pleiten, Pech und Pannen

Instead of bankruptcies, bad luck and mishaps

Why it pays to check your real estate advisor thoroughly.

Mistakes can be very expensive, especially when selling real estate. Time and again, clients report on their bad experiences with unprofessional estate agents. In the attached PDF from the Swiss Chamber of Real Estate Agents (SMK) you will find some tips on how to distinguish a reputable (usually certified) real estate agent from the rest.

The following PDF describes in detail how you can check your estate agent: SMK_Immobilienberater

Trust is good, verified is better!

The Swiss Chamber of Real Estate Agents (SMK) unites the certified real estate specialists in Switzerland. To be accepted as a member, the following requirements must be met:

  • Sound training and further education
  • Broad and up-to-date range of experience
  • Conduct in accordance with the code of honor
  • Ongoing further training and much more...

Every four years, the requirements are checked by a neutral audit of the company.

Streichan & Partner Immobilien is a member of the SMK and stands for know-how, professionalism, reliability and transparency.
